Pre-closing Walk and Talk
We can help you envision the potential of a prospective new space! Book us for a walk and talk - we will meet you at the space armed with our tape measure and paint deck. In our time together we will discuss everything from furniture placement to space planning. You will leave our meeting with a clear vision of what is possible in the space you are considering and a list of questions to ask and action items to accomplish before closing/move in.
Easy Staging for Selling
Did you know that homes that are staged sell for 10-15% more than un-staged homes?
We love to help our clients get their homes “camera ready” and have lots of tips and tricks to share to show your home better. We will work with you to reuse what you have in the most practical and pleasing way to create a pleasing canvas on which your prospective buyers can dream. Note that we focus on re-using what you have and do not provide our own furniture for staging. We will only make budget conscious suggestions for accessories and small ticket items for you to purchase.
